• Design, define and execute the US digital health ecosystem strategy for the FreeStyle Libre CGM franchise
• Contribute to the US partnership strategy by driving the search, diligence, contracting and operational processes for new agreements
• Execute and advance new and existing data sharing initiatives
• Launch next generation FreeStyle Libre digital products spanning patient, clinician, B2B audiences
• Manage, coach, and develop a high performing digital health ecosystem team
• Advance and manage the digital health analytics
• Work cross functionally with market access, regulatory affairs, medical and clinical resources to deliver on critical baseline marketing deliverables
• Conduct market analyses, develop business cases, tactical and strategic plans
• Adhere to all compliance and regulations

• Bachelors Degree
• Six years of commercial experience with a minimum of four years in a commercial managerial role including product marketing or business development
• Deep knowledge of digital health and diabetes management landscape
• Strong presentation & communication skills, strategic planning, critical thinking, market analytics capabilities
• Execution-oriented with a proved record of commercial results
• Previous experience with product development, marketing strategy, or business development
• Self-starter that is assertive, possesses a high degree of self-confidence and intellectual curiosity, and demonstrates good executive presence
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment
• Comfortable working across functional areas (ex. R&D, Regulatory, Operations, etc.) and at varying levels of the organization
